Campaign History

In November 2019, our founder, Sister Liguori, passed away, leaving behind a profound legacy of compassion and service. Her vision and dedication have been the guiding force behind Jubilee’s mission for many years.

In the wake of Sister Liguori’s passing, the Board of Directors held a retreat to chart the course for Jubilee’s future. Despite the loss of our esteemed leader, the board committed to sustaining and growing Jubilee’s mission.

During the retreat, it became evident that the limitations and physical condition of our Kitchen building posed challenges to our long-term sustainability.

After careful consideration, it was determined that the renovation and expansion of the existing facility presented the best opportunity for Jubilee’s future. This decision reflects our dedication to preserving the essence of Jubilee while also adapting to meet the evolving needs of our community.
