ABOUT THE FOOD LOCKERS

Guests can order food online and pick it up using a code

The lockers are located outside of Jubilee Kitchen near the parking lot

The lockers stay cold to keep food safe

HOW TO SIGN UP

TO SIGN UP

1.  Contact Jubilee Kitchen at foodlocker@jubileekitchen.org to receive an invitation to the Order Ahead system.
2.  Watch for an email or text message from Order Ahead.
3. Open the Order Ahead link you receive.
4. Select Jubilee Kitchen Food Lockers and choose your preferred pickup date.
5. Click Pick Up Here, then click Confirm Your Pickup.
6. Click Sign Up to create your account.
7. Enter your:
   • First and last name
   • Date of birth
   • ZIP code
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Password
8. Click Register to complete your account setup.

TO PLACE AN ORDER

1. Choose from the prepacked bags listed. You can order up to 4 bags
2. Click “Checkout Now”. On the next screen, click “Checkout” to confirm your order.
3. Use the “Order Notes” box to tell us about any special needs.
4. Click “Submit.”
5. You will receive a text or email confirming your order.

TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER

1. On your pickup day, you will receive a message when your order is ready.
2. You will receive a barcode and a PIN, which you will need to pick up your order.
3. At the Food Lockers, either:
   • Scan the barcode from your phone, or
   • Enter your PIN on the touchscreen.
4. The screen will display your locker number and automatically unlock it. A small white light will turn on next to your locker door.
5. Take your food from the locker, close the locker door, and confirm your pickup on the screen.
